• Construction: The 30 plates heat exchanger is made of 304 stainless steel plates with 99.9% copper brazing, helping cut down oxidation during homemade heat exchange and rapidly cooling beer, wort, and water.
• Cleaning: Since the brazed plate heat exchanger for beer wort chiller can't be taken apart to clean, run 5 gallons of cleaning solution through it, then flush with fresh water. Remember to dry it before storage.
• Setup: Connect the wort inlet of the quick beer cooling machine to your syrup tank and the wort outlet to your fermenter. Use a wort pump to move the wort through.
• Hose Link: Attach one end of a water hose to your faucet and the other to the water inlet of the 30 plates heat exchanger. Use another hose on the chiller's outlet to let warm water out.
• Use: The brazed plate heat exchanger suits laboratories, beer brewing, and other tasks needing heat exchange between two fluids. Fit a filter for the wort to avoid clogging the quick beer cooling machine.
