Plain handmade tiles, or field tiles, are made to order and available in your choice of non-toxic glazes. Each tile is rolled, cut, and glazed by hand. There is a slight texture on the back of all field tiles.
Note: I do not typically glaze the edges of field tiles as they are usually installed with grout covering the edges, unlike feature tiles which often stand alone or are framed. If you need any edges finished, please let me know when you contact me to place your order.
Price is per tile. It takes 16 three inch tiles to make a square foot of tile. Group photo is for reference.
Free shipping is available within the United States on all orders over $100. Ideal for kitchen, bathroom or fireplace surround. Made of durable stoneware which is twice fired, first to 1800F, then to 2200F.
