- ✅ 【Efficiency Revolution】Our windshield removal tools feature an innovative bidirectional synchronous cutting design. With just one installation, it can simultaneously cut the sealant on both sides, eliminating the need to repeatedly move tools or add pulleys. This not only speeds up the process but also applies balanced pressure from a single stable point, significantly reducing the risk of glass breakage and protecting your work and customer assets
- ✅ 【Professional-Grade Cutting Wire Recommendation】For optimal performance, we recommend using a professional PTFE-coated cutting wire (sold separately). Its non-stick surface glides through urethane sealant with minimal friction, requiring less effort, preventing gum-up, and drastically reducing the chance of breakage. A proper wire is key to a smooth, fast, and safe removal experience
- ✅ 【770 Pounds Suction, Rock-Solid】The core of this kit is an 8-inch high-performance vacuum suction cup, generating up to 770 pounds of force. It provides an absolute anti-slip grip even on curved glass, ensuring ultimate stability and precise positioning throughout the entire process. This powerful suction is the cornerstone of your safety and control. (Note: Remove the protective case before use)
- ✅ 【Control the Entire Process】The tool features a one-click automatic locking mechanism. When you tighten the wire, it locks automatically to prevent accidental loosening or slippage during operation. This design enhances safety and gives you absolute control, allowing you to handle complex removal tasks with ease and confidence
- ✅ 【Ready to Use Out of the Box】This is a complete solution for success. The kit includes all core accessories: a wire jumper, cutting knife, and adapter. We’ve even optimized the toughest step—wire threading. First, score the top sealant with the knife, then use the unique T-handle threading tool to guide your wire through the narrowest gaps. From compact sedans to full-size trucks, this robust set offers lasting performance, making it a wise investment for professionals and seasoned DIY users
- Note: Before cutting, always soak your cutting wire in soapy water or auto glass cleaner. This allows for safer, easier cutting and prevents the wire from overheating and breaking
