- AFFORDABLE SAFETY PROTECTION INVESTMENT: The emergency shower station is designed according to ANSI Z358.1-2014 standard, which is OSHA approved. It can not only provide first-aid to the workers, but also make your workplace pass the inspectation of the OSHA. It is used to provide timely body shower in a lab or dangerous workplace for any possible emergency.
- QUICK&CONVENIENT EMERGENCY SHOWER: When it is necessary to take an emergency shower, just pull down the handle and the water can be discharged in one second, which greatly reduces the possibility of bodily injury caused by foreign objects. Easily shut off water with a simple push up. High-density water holes allow water flow greater than 75.7L/MIN.
- CUSTOMIZED NPT THREAD, LEAK-PROOF: This emergency shower station requires plumbing connection, and the inlet has been customized to NPT threads to meet the thread specifications in the US market, preventing water leakage. Inlet size: 1" NPT female thread.
- STURDY STAINLESS STEEL: Horizontally wall-mounted, made of high-quality industrial grade SS304 stainless steel, which is more solid, sturdy and durable, with excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
- SIMPLE CONSTRUCTION, EASY INSTALLATION: This safety shower station has a very simple construction. It is simple to install with clear instructions, and mounting hardwares come with the package. In addition, the shower head is removable, making it easy for cleaning up.
- INTERFACE SEALING: When installing, please wrap the interface with Teflon Tape in the direction of the thread. If it leaks, it is usually because the Teflon Tape is not wrapped thick/tight enough, or the wrapping direction is wrong.
