Featuring a base of Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract (DME) with specialty grains including English Medium Crystal Malt and English Chocolate Malt, this kit balances malt sweetness with caramel and subtle cocoa undertones. 

Fermented with Still Spirits Distiller’s Range Whiskey Yeast (included), this wash develops a smooth, well-rounded whiskey character. Still Spirits Turbo Clear is also included to ensure a clean fermentation before distillation. With an OG of 1.089 and a target ABV of 9.5%, this kit is designed to produce 5 gallons of wash, ready for distillation into a uniquely crafted malt whiskey.
