The forests are managed very well by the Indonesian government to ensure that the harvested wood remains a renewable resource for generations to come.

 Is there an advantage of a teak extension table over a fixed style table?

One advantage of a teak extension table is that you can keep it in its smaller size if you need a bit more open space on your patio or deck on a daily basis. When guest come over and you need more room at the table you can extend the table to accommodate 2 to 4 more people. If you do have the room to accommodate a larger table on a daily basis, then I would recommend buying a fixed style table only because you really have no need for the extension.
