Drillco high speed steel annular cutter. Broach cutting using Drillco cutters means you can produce large diameter holes efficiently and quickly with less energy, faster penetration and less thrust. Rather than drilling out the metal with a solid drill, Drillco cutters remove only the periphery of the hole, ejecting a slug at the end of the cut. High-speed steel tools are good for most general purpose applications, offering a combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Weldon shanks feature a round shank with one of more flats machined into the side for easy indexing and alignment. When run in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce clogging. 2-inches cutting length. 1-5/16-inches size.
