Bamboo Charcuterie Board: Always hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Towel dry. Do not soak or wash board in the dishwasher.

BPA-Free Locking Lid: Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. It can also be hand washed with warm water and a mild detergent.

The Flip, Serve & Store™ Board is safe to store in the refrigerator with food prior to serving or to save leftovers. We recommend using the flat side as a cutting board for food prep. Food may be served on either the flat side or compartmented side depending upon your preference.
