High Speed Mandrel for Abrasive Rolls 1/4 x 4 Inch by Eastwood

High-speed operation up to 22,000 rpm. Includes: 3.17 mm diameter mandrel. Safety first: use face and hand protection. Mandrel is unhardened to prevent shattering. Avoid excessive side-loading or unbalanced abrasives to prevent bending or breaking. Inspect mandrel regularly, discard if bent. With cartridge roll abrasives, let the abrasive do the work, avoid excessive pressure. For larger rolls (3/4" and above), reduce RPM to 12,000 max. Replace any delaminated or imbalanced cartridge roll.
