The HORL®3 Cruise is a rolling knife sharpener built for simplicity, sustainability, and performance. It features two fixed sharpening angles - 15° and 20° - making it suitable for everything from Japanese-style blades to Western chef knives. The body is crafted from recycled ocean-bound plastic, offering an eco-conscious build and a subtle sandy hue. A diamond sharpening disc provides rapid metal removal, while a stainless steel honing disc smooths and polishes the edge.

Note: It is not possible to use alternative disc accessories with the HORL®3 Cruise, as its discs are permanently attached.

Care Information
To clean the diamond and ceramic discs, you can simply remove grinding residue with a pencil eraser. If necessary, the disk can be unscrewed and thoroughly washed with a little soap & water and a brush.
