The twenty-first century confronts humanity with unprecedented challenges. Technological acceleration, structural inequalities, environmental crises and the transformation of social relations have put the traditional foundations of law under tension.In this context, this book proposes a reconstruction of legal thought from a humanist perspective. It is not a nostalgic return to the past, but a critical reformulation that places the person back at the axis of the normative order.The legal humanism developed here seeks to integrate philosophy, legal technique and social reality.
