To use: 1) Estimate proper length by wrapping band around wrist. Leave two fingers comfort space underneath band. 2) Trim excess. 3) Trim insert if necessary. 4) Slide card into band and tear off at perforation. 5) Wrap band around wrist with information facing outward. Press firmly with a side to side motion until completely connected.
