Head on down under with Strange Brew's Aussie Pub Bitter homebrew kit. Modeled after the traditional Australian Sparkling Ales, the Aussie Pub Bitter is a efervescent drink with notes of malt and bread complementing the herbal hop aroma. Traditionally Australian SParkling Ales were made with a generous dose of sugar to lighten the body, to that effect we have included a whole pound of dextrose to achieve just that. This all-grain kit includes all the grains (crushed for your convenience), hops, yeast, and even priming sugar and bottle caps that you will need to make 5 gallons of delicious beer. Each kit is put together when you order to ensure you are brewing with the freshest ingredients possible. Complete and easy to follow instructions are included to help you along on brew day.
