100% redesigned for the 24/25 season. The next generation of Falcor raises the bar for snowboard binding design and introduces the future of sustainable materials at Union. This high-performance freeride/freestyle snowboarding binding is designed specifically for Travis’ aggressive riding style and is ready to take on the biggest lines and the steepest spines.

Two Layer Baseplate Construction

A traditional snowboard baseplate is made of a single layer with the same material and stiffness throughout. Union’s all-new 2 Layer baseplate construction allows us to have two individual layers: the Core [1] and the Frame [2]. Each layer has the possibility of using a unique material and stiffness to achieve the desired ride feel of the binding.

Asymmetrical Molecular Bushing

More durable and more cushioned than traditional thermoformed EVA, Molecular Bushings act as a suspension system between the baseplate and the boards top sheet, to help reduce vibrations from harsh snow pack. The all-new asymmetrical bushing shape allows for increased freestyle flexibility and natural inward canting while riding.

Asymmetrical Forged Hybrid Highback

Eco-Friendly Duraflex Blue and Italian made Forged Carbon combine to create a flex profile that compliments Travis Rice’s aggressive freestyle riding. The stiff and responsive Forged Carbon spine allows for instant edge to edge control, while the nylon frame allows for freestyle flexibility and comfort. The updated asymmetrical shape follows the natural angle of the leg for a more anatomical fit and flex.

Hybrid 1.0
Ankle Strap

Instant response meets all day long foot comfort. The Hybrid 1.0 ankle strap combines our responsive Exoframe exterior with the cushioned comfort and flexibility of the Forma interior. The all-new V cut shape allows riders to push forward into the ankle strap without pressure points.

TS 6.0 Toe Strap

Separating the exterior toe strap frame and interior rubber grip allows the rubber grip to form fit perfectly to any boot shape on the market today, while a new more integrated toe connector gives the the binding a more finished overall look.

Duraflex Blue

Union Binding Company is proud to partner with Envalior to introduce our most eco-conscious nylon to date. This new material is a member of the Envalior sustainable product family, attributed with a remarkable 90% of sustainable raw materials, based on a mass balance approach. In addition to being more sustainable than traditional plastics, this material has passed all of Union’s in-house quality control tests for strength, durability in cold temperatures and product lifecycle.
