  • Ultra™200X (Main Fabric): Made from UHMWPE fibers (similar to Dyneema), it is several times stronger than traditional nylon. Constructed with a three-layer composite structure (X-ply yarn + waterproof film), it offers lightweight durability, abrasion resistance, and tear resistance.
  • Ultra™400X (Reinforced Base): Provides enhanced abrasion resistance, designed to withstand prolonged ground dragging and friction against rocks.
  • UltraStretch™: A blend of UHMWPE fibers and Nylon 66, delivering high elasticity and durability.

   

  Ergonomic Design | Comfort & Stability:

  • The Ultralight Composite Frame System features a dual-track aluminum alloy tube frame (22g each) for a lightweight yet sturdy structure. A carbon fiber rod enhances back panel stability, with adjustable height via the shoulder straps for an optimal fit—perfect for long-distance trekking.
  • EVA High-Support Foam Padding in the shoulder straps and hip belt for enhanced comfort and weight distribution.
