• Align Sensor & Gateway Side-by-Side for Accurate Detection – Install the gateway on the door frame and mount the magnetic sensor on the door at the same height, positioned side-by-side and as close as possible. When the door opens and the sensor moves out of range, the gateway instantly sends an alert in the app.
• 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Only + Placement Requirements – Supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only (not compatible with 5GHz). For stable connection, keep the gateway within 16 ft (5 m) of your Wi-Fi router and within 6.5 ft (2 m) of the WeHere key box.
• Plug-In Power for Always-On Performance – No batteries required. The gateway uses continuous power for reliable 24/7 remote access and door status monitoring.
